LITEFIT CLASS
Each team must complete 100 reps of each exercise, for a total of 500 reps. While one person works, the other must do ABS.
100 Burpees (Partner waiting must hold a plank)
100 Wall Balls (Partner waiting must do bicycles)
100 Kettlebell Swings (Partner waiting must do leg raises)
100 Push ups (Partner waiting must do crunches)
100 Walking Lunges (Partner waiting must do scissor kicks)
Both participants must finish by rowing 500 m
