How were you introduced to Cross Fit & How long have you been doing CrossFit?
My cousin Nazy introduced me to CrossFit. I used to live in Sudbury between 2011 & 2015. I joined my first CrossFit gym in 2014 in Sudbury for a short period. And again I joined Cristiniathletics in August 2017.What made you decide to join RCFEW?
Nazy introduced me to this location and I wanted to try it out. I started seeing results fast and combining that with the amazing team, coaches and all the members made me want to continue!
Favourite Lifts/ Wods?
Cleans and Squats are my favourite Strength Work Out3 Things you would Definitely find in my Fridge…Ginger Creme (for coffees)Banana (tip: you can keep them in the fridge longer!)

Proudest Accomplishments:
These days when I meet my macro (jokes). For real trying to come out of my comfort zone every day.

Being comfortable with unknown!!Do you have a mentor, or someone you look up to? If so who?I don’t have an official mentor but I find myself very resourceful in finding the right people to guide me through my path. It can be anyone from a friend, colleague, my work-out partner, my coach…
Who inspires you?
I get inspired by anyone who pushes themselves out of their comfort zone or dares despite all the boundaries regardless of the outcome
What music I like listening to while working out:
I just realized I do not hear the music as much while working out! but I like reggaeton, hip hop and old school music.

I’d like to thank you for creating this community, it’s an amazing place. I do get inspired, challenged, encouraged every time I show up at the gym!
