Gain Muscle, size and strength this summer and take on workouts like you’ve never seen! All under the watchful supervision of Coach Brandon Crump.
When: Saturdays from 8-9:30am at Cristini Athletics East Woodbridge. Starts Sat. October 20th .
What will we be doing?
Be prepared for anything and everything,
You will be introduced and coached on Yoke Carries, sled drags, Prowler sprints and intricate muscle balance exercises all while following a structured strength program that has been tried and fine tuned for the maximum amount of results.

PLEASE NOTE:
In Addition to the Saturday classes, you will be assigned two extra days of homework to finish during open gym through-out the week. You are encouraged to link up with fellow
Massers to get the work done and encourage each other. A platform will be provided to join an online community of like-minded people and answer any muscle questions you may have during the program.
