Do you have a mentor, or someone you look up to? If so who?
I would say my mom and Dad are my biggest mentors. They Have always guided and steered me in the right direction and have instilled so many amazing morals and values I carry with me always. I believe I’m a reflection of the kind caring strong independent and hard working people they are.
Who inspires you?
Inspiration comes in many forms for me but when I see the youth that I work with survive so many struggles , who are resilient and growing it inspires me to keep moving forward , to face fears and to take on challenges with open arms.
What music I like listening to While Working Out:
Everyone knows me for yelling at the coaches to turn up the music and make every class a bit of a dance party . Loving the Reggaeton, reggae and top 40 mixes right now when working out.
Anything else you would like to say (Open Comments):
Crossfit and especially my Crossfit Markham community truly enhances my life. My sanity lies at the gym , I smile more , the tension of the day dissipates and I feel free to be myself ,to challenge myself and to motivate others around me . Working out or doing a workout is not only about keeping yourself physically healthy, it truly bleeds into every other aspect of your life and I am truly grateful I get to be a part of that .
