SHRED CHALLENGE DETAILSHow it works:Join a team, lead by a Cristini Athletics Coach.On January 17th, start following your Shred Meal plan designed by CA nutritionist Jordana Cristini (40 meal plans to choose from, based on body weight and time of training)Each week you have an opportunity to earn points for your team and for yourself.The team and individuals with the most points at the end of the 6 weeks will win the challenge.

Who it’s for:The shred challenge is for EVERYONE! All levels, all abilities and all body types.Never tried a diet before, been dieting for years, trying to lose weight, trying to gain muscle. There is an option for everyone.

How to earn pointsEarn points for yourself and your team by:🔹 Completing weekly physical and lifestyle challenges, earn 3 points for completing each challenge(Points earned based on time or rep requirements of physical challenges)🔹 Earn 3 points by taking weekly measurements  (additional points for top 10 overall measurement changes)At the end of the challenge there will be prizes for the 1st place team as well as top 3 men and women individual performers!

Fitness has always been a part of Steve’s life. He literally grew up in the aerobics room and his first job was cleaning a gym. He is now a co-owner and Head Coach of one. Like other members of his family, he was born with a competitive spirit. He is a three-time CrossFit Games Regional athlete, who also participated in the CrossFit Games in 2016. He’s also competed in the Granite Games as well as Wodapalooza. As a certified coach, Steve’s specialties are perfecting movements and pushing people to a new level of mental and physical strength.
