Peanut Butter Baked Oats

These peanut butter baked oats are one of my go to snacks. 20 minutes might seem like a long time to wait for a snack but i promise its worth it.  These baked oats taste like cake!!! and who doesn’t love peanut butter. This is the perfect nightly snack or post dinner dessert.

Macros- Carbs- 43g Protein 43g Fats 22g.

Please note that macros may vary depending on which type of milk  and protein powder you use.

Ingredients:⁠

½ cup oats⁠
½ cup preferred milk⁠
1  egg⁠
1 scoop chocolate/ Vanilla protein powder⁠ (optional. use 1/4 cup of milk if baking without)
1 tsp cacao powder⁠
1 tsp baking soda⁠
1 tsp peanut butter⁠
Chocolate chips to decorate🍫⁠ ⁠

Instructions📝



1. Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees. Grab a ramekin or oven safe bowl.

2. Combine all ingredients besides peanut butter and chocolate chips in a blender until smooth. Pour half of the batter in the ramekin, dollop peanut butter into the center, and pour over the second half of the batter.

3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden on top.⁠

4. Remove from the oven and enjoy
