How were you introduced to Cross Fit & How long have you been doing CrossFit?
About 6 years ago, A good friend of mine at work, asked if I wanted to try a new style of work out called Crossfit. So we did “Fran” Hardest thing I’ve ever done, but I was instantly hooked and the rest is history.
What made you decide to join CFM /RCFEW
I was looking for a new Crossfit Gym and was referred by a friend who spoke highly about RCEW. I walked in and was welcomed with open arms.

Proudest Accomplishments:
I have 2 proudest moments, the first is overcoming all obstacles to become a police officer and second raising my amazing son!
Something people wouldn’t know about me:
I was an amateur Thai boxer, and I’m an instructor. Oh and I love to DJ!

My Old partner Detective Sergeant HARRIS, someone who has guided me and given my so much insight in my career.
Who inspires you?
My parents are my biggest inspiration, 2 people who I really look up to

I also like Tribal House
* Crossfit has change my life and has taught me so many life lessons. I’ve learned about survival and that failure is not an option. The community is like family and maintaining those relationships has given me the drive to keep going!
