Do you train or exercise? Is there a difference?
Most people don’t know the difference. The difference between training and exercising is that training is rooted in the idea that your routine is intentional. There is a specific goal you work towards and when you hit the gym, it’s in a strategic manner so that you’re getting the most out of your time.

Exercising is great, and certainly necessary for health, but exercising won’t get you the results you deserve. Having a gym membership and therefore access to hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of equipment is a great resource, but that resource is futile if you don’t know how to effectively use it. Showing up to the gym and not knowing where to start is more common than you think. Most people don’t have a basic understanding of how they can reach their goal, never mind having the process mapped out in a specific measurable manner. Unless you are an expert in this field, it takes a great deal of time and effort to devise a program that addresses your strengths, weaknesses, resources, and overall goals.
The unfortunate reality is that the majority of people will fall off track, even if with good intention. Lack of motivation is common when giving up time out of your life and not seeing weekly progress. WHAT’S YOUR TIME WORTH? Investing in hiring a professional will not only save you money long term, but will ultimately get you fitter and healthier in a fraction of the time.

As we all know in our fast-paced society, time is of the essence, and we all would rather love to spend time with family and friends so we have to make it count when we go to the gym. In today’s fitness world, there are several options to make it happen. Group training, personal training and online programming. Having a personal trainer allows you the opportunity to experience intentional programming. A personal trainer will take you through a methodological approach to mapping out your goals, essentially allowing you to comprehend the process as it unfolds. There is no reason why anyone cannot achieve their goal, they just need to have the right tools.
Above all else, If you are stuck in a place where you are not seeing results, investing in a personal trainer will save your time, allowing you to dedicate time to other areas in life.
