Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are the perfect treat for hot summer days! As the weather starts to get hotter this treat will cool you down and refresh you so you can keep moving on with your day.

Ingredients

• ½ frozen banana, chopped into chunks

• 1 cup frozen mixed berries or Fruit of choice

• 1 scoop  vanilla protein powder (optional)

• ¼ cup unsweetened dairy or non-dairy milk

• 1 teaspoon almond butter or peanut butter

Now the fun part…… Toppings. This is where you can truly customize your bowl. From adding granola to the top of it, bananas, chocolate chips, anything that you would want!

Directions

• Simply throw it all into a high powered blender and Blend!

• Then add your toppings and enjoy immediately

Fitness has always been a part of Steve’s life. He literally grew up in the aerobics room and his first job was cleaning a gym. He is now a co-owner and Head Coach of one. Like other members of his family, he was born with a competitive spirit. He is a three-time CrossFit Games Regional athlete, who also participated in the CrossFit Games in 2016. He’s also competed in the Granite Games as well as Wodapalooza. As a certified coach, Steve’s specialties are perfecting movements and pushing people to a new level of mental and physical strength.
