As soon as the games finished and Rich Froning won, I was so impressed at that moment that I wanted try CrossFit so I googled CrossFit gyms in my area and it just so happened that Reebok CrossFit East Woodbridge was just down the street.What made you decide to join RCFEW?It took a couple of years for me to actually make it into the gym and try CrossFit but In February 2017, I signed up, the Cristini’s and everyone at the gym made me feel really comfortable and I have been steady here ever since.Favourite Lifts/ Wods?Some of my favourite lifts power cleans, squat cleans; snatches are starting to grow on me… and who doesn’t like the bench press!!Favourite WODs: cleans and row, Helen and deadlifts handstand push-ups.3 Things you Would Definitely Find in My Fridge…For sure eggs, hot pepper oil and a couple of beers (for guests).Favourite Place to Eat: Favourite place to eat is Fani’s Grill, his lemon chicken is phenomenal and so is his gyro. A humble guy who set the standard for core human values with his teaching and he performed some crazy miracles too… real inspiring stuff.What Music I like Listening to While Working Out:I like listening to a variety of music while working out: gotta have some Metallica, with a little bit of rap/hip hop and topped off with a little bit of freestyle and for those crazy WOD’s, electric dance club songs help me up the tempo.Anything Else you would Like to Say:I wish I found CrossFit 10 years ago!
