How were you introduced to Cross Fit & How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I was introduced to CrossFit through my friends Doriana and Melissa about 4 years ago. I’ve been on and off ever since.
What made you decide to join CFM /RCFEW
The gym was close to my house and when I walked in for an orientation it seemed hella legit!
Favourite Lifts/ Wods?
I love squats. Back, front, overhead, you name it!

Avocado, coconut milk, eggs
Favourite place to eat : Any Mexican restaurant
Proudest Accomplishments: that one muscle up I did, even though it was assisted.
Something people wouldn’t know about me: I’m applying to be a police officer. Hopefully I’ll get in soon!
Biggest struggle in life? Recovering from a brain injury. I never would have imagined it would be such a struggle.
Who inspires you? Not to be a kiss ass or something but all of the RCEW coaches are pretty inspiring. It is amazing to have coaches who actually compete and practise what they preach. They are always willing to help out and make you a better version of yourself and that’s pretty dope! Thanks team.
What music I like listening to while working out: Either Rock, pop, or some old school 90s dance.
