Our Programs

Between our two facilities, we offer programs that fit the needs of professional athletes and novices alike. We offer traditional CrossFit classes as well as LiteFIT classes and Personal Training. There are also specialty courses for competitors who need help during in and off-season. Plus, we have Powerlifting and Weightlifting clubs, and a Teen Program. Personal Training

Improving your fitness is a slow process. Some members struggle with mobility, stability, or physical
rehabilitation. While others arrive well-conditioned and ready to go. With personal training, we can adapt to
your individual needs no matter where you are on the spectrum. Our experienced coaches will create
optimal workouts that will help drive your success in and outside the gym.

CrossFit

CrossFit classes are a 1-hour high intensity sessions designed to get you strong and fit. We combine
weightlifting, gymnastics, and plyometrics to ensure you get the best results. Most classes involve a
weightlifting or skill portion as well as a high intensity WOD. All classes are scaleable and are perfect for
beginners to pros. Don’t worry if you have never done CrossFit before, we are here to help you!

Kids And Teens Programs

These classes introduce teens to the basics of training. They’ll learn the fundamentals of weightlifting,
plyometrics, endurance, and of course, CrossFit. Students will develop flexibility, strength, power, agility,
and coordination. Coordination is a skill most pre-pubescent and pubescent kids struggle with. This class
can also be used as supplemental training for those currently involved in sports.

Individualized Design Programming

Experience personalized fitness programming at Cristini Athletics tailored to your goals. With Full ID Programming, receive comprehensive one-on-one coaching covering warm-ups, strength, cardio, and accessory work, priced from $150-180. For targeted skill enhancement, choose Homework ID Programming, designed to complement your class training, starting from $100-120. Achieve your fitness aspirations efficiently with our expert guidance.

Nutrition Counselling 

Talk to anybody who is well familiar with fitness and its counterparts and they will tell you that exercise is
only half the battle in achieving a fitter you. The other half happens outside the box, and in your kitchen.
Proper nourishment is key to achieving one’s fitness goals, regardless of what they may be. Everyone is
faced with their own unique barriers to achieving proper nutrition, be it disease, inaccessibility to healthy
foods, or simply a lack of food preparation skills.

Weightlifting Program 

The Weightlifting club is a 90-minute group session that focuses on the Snatch and Clean and Jerk
movements. We believe great grains come from great form and Cristini Athletics coach will be there to help you unlock your potential! All levels are welcome to this program. From a beginner lifter looking to improve for CrossFit, to an experience lifter looking to get back on the platform. The Weightlifting program runs for 6 weeks periodically throughout the year.  This program runs at both locations.

Gymnastics Program

The Cristini Athletics Gymnastics program is a specific program to benefit the gymnastics fundamentals used in CrossFit and is designed by gymnastics and cheerleader,  Coach Julie Simon. This program helps you develop body position awareness, coordination, balance, and control through constant practice and drills. This program has everything you need to be more efficient in your gymnastics!

Mobility Class 

The mobility class is a 1 hour mobility and flexibility class. This is a perfect recovery class to help with sore
muscles from the week of training and also is great to help develop and improve the needed flexibility for
CrossFit Training.

Team Sport Training

Boost your team’s performance with our Pre-season and In-season Team Training programs. Designed for
sport-specific dryland training, they enhance strength, power, speed, agility, and balance. Achieve peak
potential with tailored programs that minimize injury risk and burnout while emphasizing effective recovery
through stretching. Elevate your game with Cristini Athletics.

Cristini Sports Training 

Join CST, our small-group sport training program at Cristini Athletics. Work in groups of 4 with Coach Chris
Sousa to develop essential athletic skills like explosiveness, agility, power, speed, and coordination.
Designed for youth athletes aged 12-17, the 8-week program starts March 2nd, Thursdays from 7:00-
8:00pm. Limited spots available, so sign up now to excel in any sport!

Instructor

Fitness has always been a part of Steve’s life. He literally grew up in the aerobics room and his first job was cleaning a gym. He is now a co-owner and Head Coach of one. Like other members of his family, he was born with a competitive spirit. He is a three-time CrossFit Games Regional athlete, who also participated in the CrossFit Games in 2016. He’s also competed in the Granite Games as well as Wodapalooza. As a certified coach, Steve’s specialties are perfecting movements and pushing people to a new level of mental and physical strength.
