Reach your goals at the best gym in Markham and Woodbridge.
If your teen isn’t “a sports kid,” this is for them.
A lot of parents hear CrossFit Teens and assume it’s only for high-level athletes—kids already playing rep sports, training year-round, and chasing scholarships.
That’s not who this program is built for.
CrossFit Teens at Cristini Athletics is a teen fitness program and teen conditioning program designed for teens who aren’t in competitive sports. The ones who have other priorities, other interests, or simply haven’t found a place where they feel confident moving their body.
It’s for the teen who thinks:
Our goal is to show them that athleticism isn’t something you’re born with—it’s something you build.
If you’re searching for teen fitness classes that are coached, structured, and beginner-friendly, you’re in the right place.
This is a fitness program for teens 11-16 and a great fit for teens who:
It’s also ideal for teens who play sports recreationally but don’t have a consistent strength and conditioning foundation.
If you’re looking for a youth fitness program in Markham or Vaughan/Woodbridge, this is a supportive starting point that meets teens where they are.
Most teens don’t need “more intensity.” They need the basics done well.
CrossFit Teens is a teen strength and conditioning program built on the foundations that make any youth conditioning program effective:
This isn’t a random bootcamp. It’s a coached youth strength and conditioning program designed to help teens develop real athletic skills.
And yes — strength training for teens (safe) is part of the process. We focus on technique, control, and progressions that are appropriate for teen bodies.
When teens learn the fundamentals the right way, something big happens:
They are training like an athlete—building strength, stamina, coordination, and resilience.
That’s the real point of CrossFit for teens: coaching, fundamentals, and confidence.
Parents often tell us they’re looking for confidence. That’s exactly what this teen gym program builds—but not through hype.
Confidence comes from:
That sense of accomplishment carries over into school, friendships, and everyday life.
Most teens don’t need another lecture about screen time. They need something better to do.
These fitness classes for teens give them:
They leave feeling proud, energized, and capable.
This program isn’t about punishment, guilt, or “earning” food.
It’s about teaching teens that fitness can be:
We want them to understand the value of hard work, the importance of sticking to a program, and the long-term payoff of taking care of their body.
If you’re also exploring options for younger ages, we offer pathways that support long-term development. Many families start with a kids fitness program and continue into our teen track as their child grows.
If you’re searching for fitness classes for kids ages 6–10 / 8–12, we can point you to the best starting option based on your child’s age, confidence, and experience level.
Yes—strength training for teens is safe when it’s coached properly and progressed appropriately. In our teen strength and conditioning sessions, we prioritize technique, control, and movement quality first. Teens earn intensity over time instead of being thrown into workouts they’re not ready for.
CrossFit Teens is designed as a teen fitness program for ages 11–16. If your child is younger, we can recommend the best starting option and pathway into our teen program when they’re ready.
That’s exactly who this is for. This is a teen conditioning program built for beginners who need coaching, not pressure. We teach the fundamentals (squat, hinge, push, pull, brace, jump, run) and progress them step-by-step so they build confidence and coordination.
Most teens do best with 2–3 teen fitness classes per week to build consistency without burning out. We’ll help you choose a schedule based on your teen’s current activity level, sports schedule (if any), and recovery.
No. This youth fitness program is ideal for teens who aren’t in competitive sports and want a structured way to get stronger, improve conditioning, and feel more confident in their body.
