Get Fit with Our Fitness Classes for Kids & Teens 

At Cristini Athletics, we make fitness fun, effective and built for young athletes. Our group training programs help kids and teens build strength, confidence, and skills, if they’re just starting out or training their sport.

At Cristini Athletics we have 2 different options for group training for Kids and Teens.

These classes introduce kids and teens to the basics of training. They’ll learn the fundamentals of weightlifting, plyometrics, endurance, and of course, CrossFit. Students will develop flexibility, strength, power, agility and coordination. Coordination is a skill most pre-pubescent and pubescent kids struggle with. These classes can also be used as supplemental training for those currently involved in sports.

Kids & Teens CrossFit Classes 

A high-energy intro to real fitness. Kids and teens learn proper movement with bodyweight, light weights and fun challenges. Focus: Strength, agility, coordination, endurance, and teamwork. Perfect for beginners or as extra training for young athletes.

Cristini Speed Training (CST)

Small group performance training (4 athletes max). Led by a coach, each session builds speed, power, balance, and injury-proof movement tailored to your sport.

Fitness has always been a part of Steve’s life. He literally grew up in the aerobics room and his first job was cleaning a gym. He is now a co-owner and Head Coach of one. Like other members of his family, he was born with a competitive spirit. He is a three-time CrossFit Games Regional athlete, who also participated in the CrossFit Games in 2016. He’s also competed in the Granite Games as well as Wodapalooza. As a certified coach, Steve’s specialties are perfecting movements and pushing people to a new level of mental and physical strength.
