Looking for something for the kids to do over the March Break?

Let us take care of it for you with our CrossFit Kids March Break camp! For the first time ever, we are offering a 3 hour camp for kids ages 6-11 from 1pm to 4pm on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of March Break.

Our goal is to expose campers to a variety of movement patterns, skills and drills, and strength building activities to help increase their physical literacy. As with all our children’s fitness programs, we aim to improve their proficiency in the 10 components of fitness: strength, power, agility, stamina, flexibility, accuracy, endurance, speed, balance and coordination. We will incorporate gymnastics, relays, sports and group games for 3 hours of jam-packed fun! They will work up a sweat, burn off some energy and enjoy the camaraderie of their campmates. A small snack will be included as well.

Fitness has always been a part of Steve’s life. He literally grew up in the aerobics room and his first job was cleaning a gym. He is now a co-owner and Head Coach of one. Like other members of his family, he was born with a competitive spirit. He is a three-time CrossFit Games Regional athlete, who also participated in the CrossFit Games in 2016. He’s also competed in the Granite Games as well as Wodapalooza. As a certified coach, Steve’s specialties are perfecting movements and pushing people to a new level of mental and physical strength.
