Between our two facilities, we offer programs that fit the needs of professional athletes and novices alike. We offer traditional CrossFit classes as well as LiteFIT classes and Personal Training. There are also specialty courses for competitors who need help during in and off-season. Plus, we have Powerlifting and Weightlifting clubs, and a Teen Program. Our custom fitness program and fitness coaches always strive to provide the best-made program for your fitness goals. A custom fitness program is the next level, ensuring that every exercise, rep and set is made to achieve your desired outcome. Strength and conditioning fitness programs focus on developing the endurance, strength, muscle size and overall strength people need to get the results they want. Your coach will make a program to your specific goals and needs, using the right training methods and techniques to ensure you achieve them. 

Our Nutrition Counselling That Will Guide You

Talk to anybody who is well familiar with fitness and its counterparts and they will tell you that exercise is only half the battle in achieving a fitter you. The other half happens outside the box, and in your kitchen. Proper nourishment is key to achieving one’s fitness goals, regardless of what they may be. Everyone is faced with their own unique barriers to achieving proper nutrition, be it disease, inaccessibility to healthy foods, or simply a lack of food preparation skills. It is essential that all these factors and more be addressed so that one can properly nourish their body in a way that supports the CrossFit lifestyle. We promote a diet that will last a lifetime, one that is tailored to the unique nutritional needs and goals of the individual, since everybody is different. Team Sport Training to Strengthen Your Sport Skills and Teamwork 

Team sport training is a crucial aspect of team sports. It helps teams improve their performance and improve as a whole by developing key skills like communication, teamwork and strategy. Dryland training is the practice of training out of water, off the ice or the field, typically focusing on improving strength and conditioning. Balance training focuses on mental, emotional and physical balance for improved overall fitness. Sport-specific training focuses on training for a specific sport, such as soccer, hockey or baseball, to develop specialized techniques and skills. 

Weightlifting Program Will Take Your Strength to the Next Level

Join our 90-minute Weightlifting club, where we concentrate on the Snatch and Clean and Jerk movements. Led by a Cristini Athletics coach, we prioritize excellent form to unlock your full potential. All skill levels are encouraged to participate if you are seeking improvement for CrossFit or a lifter aiming to return to competition. Our Weightlifting program spans 6 weeks and is offered throughout the year at both of our locations.  

Enroll in Our Gymnastic Programs to Become Flexible 

The Cristini Athletics Gymnastics program is a specific program to benefit the gymnastics fundamentals used in CrossFit and is designed by gymnastics and cheerleader, Coach Julie Simon. This program helps you develop body position awareness, coordination, balance and control through constant practice and drills.  This program has everything you need to be more efficient in your gymnastics. 

 

Here’s what’s Included:


 


- Fundamental gymnastics body shapes (handstands, hollow, arch, bridging, etc.) 

– Gymnastics skill strength drills for kip swing, muscle ups, single leg squats, toes to bar and more. 

– Mobility: from head to toe. Time to get flexy.

Instructor

Fitness has always been a part of Steve’s life. He literally grew up in the aerobics room and his first job was cleaning a gym. He is now a co-owner and Head Coach of one. Like other members of his family, he was born with a competitive spirit. He is a three-time CrossFit Games Regional athlete, who also participated in the CrossFit Games in 2016. He’s also competed in the Granite Games as well as Wodapalooza. As a certified coach, Steve’s specialties are perfecting movements and pushing people to a new level of mental and physical strength.
